VOLUNTEERS' JOB DESCRIPTIONS

 

Duty officers need to be available one day a month at home to take telephone calls from clients and arrange transport from the list of drivers.

There is an allowance per telephone call.

Drivers are contacted by the duty officer with details of the client and visit.

On average there are two or three calls each month, with a mileage allowance.

You can specify which half day a week you may be available. You do not have to accept every request.
